The Rock Lobster Radio recruitment policy involves a broad outreach to our community. All open positions within Rock Lobster Radio are placed using multiple media including print, radio, and internet listings. Local community resources are used including the local papers, local college recruitment offices and unemployment offices. In order to reach organizations within certain minorities Rock Lobster Radio runs PSAs asking for any organizations that would like to receive our postings to please call and be added to our mailing list. We also participate in supplemental initiatives that provide outreach in our community including management training, community job fairs, high school and college career days, summer media camps and station tours for community organizations.
